Rates - Rates are based on two adults per room. Persons 17 and older are considered an adult. Each additional adult is $10.00 per night. Pet friendly rooms are available with a $10.00 pet fee. Rollaway beds may also be available with an additional $10.00 per night fee.

Deposit - A deposit equal to one night of lodging is required to reserve a room. Deposit refunds will not be issued if the changes or cancellations are not received more than 14 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Deposits are applied to the last night of your scheduled stay. All deposit refunds have a $25 handling fee assessed to refund amount.

All of our rooms are non-smoking. We charge a $100.00 deep cleaning fee for any rooms that smell of smoke.
